On time and professional! Quoted and completed in the same day! Kids, Dogs.... annddd Kids friends our carpets were embarrassingly filthy. Natural state did a great job deep cleaning, removing stains and protecting against future ones. Definitely recommend and WILL use again!

Our carpet had some pretty severe dirt in high traffic areas caused from the wheels and tennis balls on a walker. Coy did a great job and much to our surprise the majority of the dirt came off and the light colored carpet looks great! Also, the Chem-Dry process did not leave the carpets soaking wet and they were reasonably dry in a couple of hours and completely dry by morning. Coy is a personable young business owner, very polite and courteous and when he left there was no mess to clean up. I recommend Natural State Chem-Dry and will not hesitate to use them again.
